"Six years after reading this in the sixth grade, this book still haunts me. Maybe it was required reading because it was meant to relate to us readers. After all, everybody was awkward in the sixth grade, just like all the characters and the writing style of this book.

Every character showcases a different (but always pretentious) perspective. This book fails because every character is unlikable. And in a book that relies on the reader rooting for the underdog protagonist, every page was a horror.

Also, the true history of "posh" dictates that it is NOT an acronym, thus voiding 90% of the rationale for the characters' 176 page ego trip.

The cover, however, is very cool and artsy
"

This is my favorite book review ever. It is so spot-on that I am throwing a little party for myself right now. Fuck you, The View from Saturday, fuck you.
