Aug. 22nd, 2006 12:13 amI just downloaded fucking RealPlayer (I've never liked that program) so I could listen to a six-year-old clip with really crappy sound quality of Annbjørg getting interviewed on NPR. Awww she's got a cute accent, and a low voice, too. I hate the NPR music programs, though, because the woman who hosts them has an incredibly annoying voice. Oh Liane Hansen, just let Annbjørg talk.
Today I got lots of free music from Rachel, and then I saved $20 at Best Buy by getting the Cabaret DVD and ABBA Gold for $10 each. Best Buy had an incredibly crap music selection, though. I'm glad I never went there looking for random Scandinavian music, because I wouldn't have found anything.

edit: This interview is actually pretty cool. Annbjørg's talking about the history of the Hardanger fiddle, and she's going to play Knepphalling, which is an awesome song. Yay, an educational moment.
